Arizona Diamondbacks Ketel Marte, 30, has been named the American League Championship Series MVP.
Marte started at first base and went 1-for-5 in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series against the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S., on June 25. Arizona won the game 4-2 and advanced to the World Series with a 4-3 victory.
